  Ever since it changed owners it has been going down hill. The place is not as clean as it use to be .. machines are consistantly not working.. the service is terrible. The busy times are the worst because customers are just taking out other people's laundry out of the machine because they can't wait 30 secs for the people to pull it out and the people who run it don't say anything.

  Very bad customer service, I had loads of laundry to dry but the owner would not let me use the dryer, like the stupidity. As I went to open the dryer the owner said that we would have to RE-WASH my cloths to use the dryer, How pathetic is that! And then I had to take 3 loads back to my car in the pouring rain, but nope they could care less bc not allowed to use the dryer. Highly recommend not coming here, I don’t even know why I’m giving it a star. Then I went to bestway coin laundry and they let me dry even though they were closing in 10mins, respect to that. Bestway laundry is the way to go my fellow citizens!!

  I have personally never had an issue with this location and frequent it often. They offer good service and are ready to answer my questions.

  I personally don't want to wait for people to only dry their clothes after washing mine for 30 mins. For example, 3 people come in to dry without washing. They occupy 6 dryers. The other washers occupy the remaining washers. Average dry is 30-45 mins... Do I really want to sit with my wet clothes for that long waiting? not really. Washing is like the line system. You wash then you dry. If your washing is done first, then you dry first. Simple.

  Now, all you racist mofo's need to check yourself. A lot of your ancestors, family, friends and other acquaintance's didnt all speak fluent english when coming to this country. Unless your Native Indian, this isn't your country... your family settled here one way or another just as these people have. When you challenge them on not being able to speak english, you look like an idiot when you can't even speak it your self in a 150 word comment.

  Ive read so many negative reviews about this place. Mostly dryers not being available without wash. When you walk in, it says it above the dryers. Thats your choice to go there or go somewhere else. Seeing the shear quantity of complaints about the same issue indicates how many people just want to dry. They implemented this policy because too many people were coming and only drying. Thus making the people washing wait for dryers. If dryers are seldom available, then why would people come to wash ? taking away half their business. This is a smart business decision based on the size of the establishment. Not to mention, they have no clue whats on your wet garments and if they were even washed properly. At least if its washed on the premises and then dried, we all know that its likely that any other residues on the clothing were washed off.

  I liked this laundry. They've good supplies, good washers-dryers, good customer service, they value their customer's time. 2 weeks ago, I been there for my washing. I had an training same time booked by my employer which cannot be missed at all. I requested the laundry management if they can help me out with my washing while I can attend my class. They agreed. Later on, when I come back to collect my clothes, I found them nicely cleaned, dryed & wrapped in the same bag I left there. What can you expect more. I will definitely go there again and yes, will recommend their business.
