  I am always treated very well here, and love that they will rip some plywood accurately when needed (great for Sunday projects when the saw would bug the neighbors). I tend to go here for everything and hope that Rona doesn't overwhelm them.

  I went in looking for a thingamajigy , the guys found a name for it (hot water tank pressure relief valve) showed me how to install it and bought it. Great work guys.

  Shaming from staff member was not appreciated when I discovered that I only needed a "free" Moen replacement cartridge after cutting a hole in my drywall and cutting the copper pipes. Yes, I turned it into a costly, stupid repair. Did I need to be so very rudely reminded of that - NO! Decided to go back to complain about the poor treatment to the manager only to discover - he WAS the manager. Joke is on me, I guess. Two stars because this manager's staff are courteous, kind, and very helpful.
