  Do yourself a favour AND DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I brought in my 2004 Impala that wouldn't start. I suspected a fuel pump issue and was told I had to pay $130 for them to check the fuel pump. I reluctantly agreed. They phoned me 2 hours later and said that it would be $650 for the pump and then $160 to put it in. I asked if there was a cheaper alternative. They said an aftermarket pump would cost $390 plus $160 to install and that I would receive no warranty. I again reluctantly told them to proceed. I was feeling that the price for the fuel pump was very high so I phoned Lordco Auto Parts less than an hour after I gave them the go ahead and found that I could buy the same aftermarket fuel pump for $225. I phoned Richard back at Aaron’s and asked him if I could bring them my pump to install. He said that he had to check with the owner Aaron. Richard got back to me and said that they would do it but that they would not warranty the installation and that it would now cost $225 to install the pump instead of the originally quoted $160. I asked him why and his exact reply was “We are not in The Game of installing customers parts”. I picked up the car in the afternoon and paid their bill of $430 to install my fuel pump which included the original $130 to check the pump. This company seemed to do all it could to milk every last penny they could from a simple fuel pump installation. I will never return!!!

  DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO AARON'S!! I had my 2006 car towed here because it needed a new fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump and it would not start. They had to send it to Nissan because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and didn't have the right equipment at their shop to test it. That should have been the first red flag.

  It continued downhill from there. After nearly four months of arguing over charges for parts and work I did not need, they told me I couldn't have my car back unless I paid in full (I had offered to pay a large sum). I was forced to pay $1800+ and the car is still not fixed! I do not trust them at all. I am having it towed from their shop to another reliable shop to start all over again. They told me the only way to get money back from them is to take them to Small Claims Court because that's how they run their business.

  I was looking to install a specific part on my car and none of the Ladner automotive shops would help me, as I purchased the part myself. I called Aaron's Automotive earlier in the week and spoke to Richard. He said he would try and get me in later in the week, which he did. I found them to be very professional and they were easy to find.

  Great service from RIchard very knowledgeable brought my mk1 vw cab in for a issue .. got to say they know there euro cars very very well .. impressed
